Through this on-line application you as a distributor or Service Provider can file your on-line warranty claims for service or water heaters without the submission of any paperwork unless proof of purchase is required on a unit. This system will walk you through each claim, and ensure that you enter the necessary information in order to finalize and submit your claim. To login, you must first be enrolled. For enrollment, click on "Request Access" With the implementation of SAP, a new system has been designed to support warranty claim entry. On September 16, 2016, the Warranty Wizzard will no longer be available for claim entry. All current users of the Warranty Wizzard will be required to register for the new system. Once your registration has been received, and approved you will receive an email confirmation. Due to unforeseen technical issues, the serial number load will not be completed by the expected date of September 26, 2016. We have made the decision to delay the launch of the Warranty Claim Portal for external use until October 3, 2016.
